Global implementation of an HCM system in a company with a presence in 70 countries
We participated in the strategic project of unification and implementation of human resources processes in the SAP SuccessFactors cloud for ISS Facility Services, a Danish facility services company with a presence in over 70 countries.
Innova-tec contributed to mapping HR operational flows, integration with the Oracle PeopleSoft payroll system, comprehensive testing, and mapping, cleansing, and migration of data.
ISS Mexico was the first country to go live with the global practices established from the headquarters in Denmark. The project involved at least 5 service providers from around 15 different countries.
Oracle FSCM Application and PeopleTools Upgrade
We carried out the Application and PeopleTools Upgrade of Oracle PeopleSoft Finance and Supply Chain Management (FSCM) (App 9.0 to 9.2, 8.54.35 to 8.59.05) at Nacional Monte de Piedad, a Private Assistance Institution dedicated to social financing through pawn loans.
We reduced the risk of vulnerabilities, failures, and performance degradation of the application.
The impacted modules included: General Ledger, Budget Control, Treasury, Procurement, Accounts Payable, Fixed Assets, Expenses and Travel, accounting integrations with third parties, and ad-hoc developments for Donations, Medical Records, Payment Release, Host to Host, and Electronic Approvals.
Integration of payroll across 9 countries in an international company.
MABE, a Mexican company specializing in the design, production, and distribution of household appliances with a presence in over 70 countries, faced the challenge of calculating the payroll for 9 South American countries and integrating the pay stubs into their SAP Success Factors cloud platform. All of these countries had employee teams of up to 20 members.
By leveraging the existing payroll configuration in Oracle PeopleSoft Payroll (implemented by Innova-tec for Costa Rica, the Dominican Republic, Nicaragua, and El Salvador), personal and job-related data of the employees in SAP was integrated into the PeopleSoft Payroll system. This integration allowed for the execution of all calculation and payment processes. The resulting pay stubs were then sent back to SAP Success Factors for publication and retrieval.
Development of a procurement and payment management application
We developed a web application for purchase and payment management aimed at suppliers and distributors within Grupo Conauto. This application enables the management of the procurement and payment cycle, as well as the control of supporting documents for operations, including invoices (outgoing CFDIs and payment supplements) in compliance with the SAT Annex 3.3 and its subsequent update to 4.0.
The operation of 2 companies within the group was integrated. The self-service portal for suppliers and distributors helps distribute the workload of the accounts payable department, as online notifications for SAT validations and business rules facilitate self-management and tracking of operation statuses.
Creation of an IT Infrastructure Library in a university corporation
Implementation and enhancements to retail and distribution processes
We documented the Enterprise Technology Architecture at the Universidad Iberoamericana for systems supporting student, administrative, and financial processes.

We stabilized the financial and distribution processes implemented in Oracle PeopleSoft Finance for Innova, a leading Mexican company in television sales in Mexico and the Hispanic market of the United States, with over 20 thousand monthly orders and 5 sales channels.
We implemented operational and performance enhancements, developed interfaces with sales and inventory systems, and provided training and support.
Development of a historical query application for regulatory audits
Development of regulatory processes for Mexican payroll
We developed a historical information exploitation system for Grupo Gigante, a self-service retail client, who migrated their financial system from PeopleSoft Finance to another application.
The project included database cleanup, migration from Informix to DB2, and the creation of exportable reports to Excel with a user-friendly interface.
This application enabled compliance with historical information requirements for regulatory audits without the need to maintain the infrastructure of the outdated system or maintain obsolete middleware.
During the migration of the Mexican payroll system to the SAP ECPY cloud platform, Innova-tec successfully led the development and integration of regulatory processes for Mexican payroll: Electronic Accounting and the Stamping of Payroll Receipts (CFDI 3.3 and 4.0), impacting:
